RA Univ.-Prof. DDDr. DDr. hc Dieter G. Kindel

Dieter G. Kindel (mag. et dr. iur., phil., rer. soc. oec., dr. hc, dr. hc) has been a lawyer (since 1989 defense attorney in criminal matters) in Austria (Vienna Bar Association) since 1990 and a resident European lawyer in Germany (Hamm Bar Association) since 2011.

    Since 1992, he has been engaged in extensive university teaching activities at various universities and technical colleges nationally (e.g. University of Vienna, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Medical University of Vienna, University of Applied Arts Vienna, FH Technikum Vienna, etc.) and internationally (e.g. BTC Istanbul Kültür University, University of Miskolc) and extensive extra-university lecture activities (e.g. LAW ACADEMY (in Austria), Academy of Law, Taxes & Economics (ARS), MANZ). He has also given lectures at countless congresses and seminars in various scientific fields. He is also the author of numerous legal articles.

RA Dr. Jens Wengeler

Jens Wengeler studied law from 1993 to 1997 at the Ruhr University Bochum and at the Westphalian Wilhelms University Münster. After completing his legal clerkship at the Essen Regional Court, he was admitted to the German bar in 2001. He received his doctorate (Dr. iur.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna in 2004.

    In 2005, he was admitted to the Austrian Bar (RAK Vienna), which he is currently not practicing. He successfully completed both the specialist lawyer course in “Insolvency Law” and the specialist lawyer course in “Tenancy and Condominium Law”. He is the author of numerous articles in specialist journals.

Albert J. Kindel, M.A.

Albert J. Kindel (mag. iur.) completed his law studies at the University of Vienna with a Master's degree (Mag. iur.) in 2023. From February 2023 to June 2024 he was a trainee lawyer in the firm. He is currently working as a permanent lecturer in mediation training and also as a scientific and legal assistant.
