The costs for our services are agreed with you personally and individually. We attach particular importance to transparency and discuss the expected costs with you as precisely as possible.

Legal representation

We represent you in all proceedings (contentious and non-contentious) before all ordinary courts and authorities in all instances. From negotiation talks to litigation, we prepare in detail and individually for your case in order to achieve the best possible result for you. Thanks to our decades of experience, we act in a highly professional and efficient manner.


Debt Collection

We help you to enforce your outstanding claims against your debtors.

We support you with legal letters of formal notice, court actions, enforcement applications and claims in insolvency proceedings

  • initial consultation

    For the initial consultation, we charge a fee of between €180 and €360 (plus 20% VAT), depending on the time required and the complexity of the case.

  • fee

    The fee is individually agreed with you based on your personal needs, the time required and the complexity of the case.

Arbitration

Univ.-Prof. DDr. DDr.hc Dieter G. Kindel is listed as an (international) arbitrator with the Vienna International Arbitral Center (VIAC) and can act as your chosen decision-making body by agreement with all parties in your arbitration.

Mediation

Univ.-Prof. DDr. DDr.hc Dieter G. Kindel has been a registered mediator at the BMJ since 2007.

 

In a mediation process, we support you impartially, professionally and in a clearly structured manner in communicating with each other in order to find an amicable solution to your conflict.

Training to become a qualified mediator

Upon successful completion of the diploma course, you will be entered in the list of registered mediators maintained by the BMJ and will qualify you to practice the profession of mediator. Due to the comprehensive and practice-oriented training, you are qualified to practice in the most diverse fields of mediation. They learn skills in conflict management that they can use privately and professionally.

Preparation for the bar exam

Univ.-Prof. DDr. DDr.hc Dieter G. Kindel has been exam commissioner for bar exams since 1995 and for judge office exams at the Vienna Higher Regional Court (OLG Wien) since 2001. Due to the countless exams that he has held himself, he knows exactly what is important in the exam situation and can ideally prepare trainee lawyers for them. With his decades of experience as an examiner, he prepares you optimally for the successful completion of your examination.
